Founded in Athens in 2009, Ancient Greek Sandals draws directly from the footwear worn across the Greek islands and the enduring visual language of antiquity. The collection is handcrafted in Greece, pairing vegetable-tanned leather with time-honoured techniques to create sandals, slides and contemporary interpretations of classic Greek forms. Braided straps, sculptural profiles and softly weathered finishes give the designs their recognisable character, while modern silhouettes keep them firmly rooted in the present.
