All orders are handled with care and undergo internal quality control prior to shipment.

Free shipping may apply to qualifying orders where indicated.
Packaging
Products are carefully sourced and shipped in packaging received from our network of suppliers, distributors, boutiques, and luxury partners.
This may include:
- Original brand packaging
- Dust bags
- Boxes
- Tags and accessories
Packaging varies depending on product origin.
Customs and Import Duties
For international orders outside the EU:
- Customs duties
- Import taxes
- Local import fees
are the responsibility of the customer.
Monarch Avenue is not responsible for customs delays.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations where such delay or failure results from events beyond our reasonable control.
Such events may include, but are not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- War, civil unrest, or governmental action
- Strikes or labour disputes
- Transport or logistics disruptions
- Pandemics or public health emergencies
- Internet or infrastructure outages
In such cases, our obligations are suspended for the duration of the event.
Right of Withdrawal (EU Law)
Customers within the EU are entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of delivery.

Return Conditions
Returned items must:
- Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Be returned in original condition
- Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories
- Be shipped with a trackable courier (DHL, UPS, or FedEx recommended)
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and legal reasons, the following cannot be returned:
- Pre-owned or preloved items
- Final sale items
- Underwear and intimate apparel
- Lingerie and shapewear
- Socks and hosiery
- Swimwear without hygiene protection intact
- Earrings and pierced jewellery
- Opened or used beauty, fragrance, or cosmetic products
- Items without original packaging or tags
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless:
- The item is defective
- The item is incorrect
- The item is materially not as described
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 14 days after:
- Receipt of returned goods, or
- Proof of return shipment
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Return Inspection Policy
All returned items are subject to inspection.
If a return fails quality control:
- The item will be returned to the customer at their expense
- The refund will be denied
- If no response is received within 30 days of notification, Monarch Avenue reserves the right to retain the item
Returns Abuse & Fair Use
We reserve the right to monitor return activity to ensure fair use of our services.
Where we identify patterns of excessive, unusual, or potentially abusive return behaviour inconsistent with normal consumer usage, we may:
- Limit or refuse future returns
- Request additional verification before accepting returns
- Suspend or restrict account privileges in accordance with applicable law
This policy is applied only where necessary to prevent misuse and protect operational fairness for all customers.
Exchanges
Exchanges are not guaranteed. Customers must return items and place a new order.
Lost or Missing Shipments
Claims must be submitted within 21 days of shipment.
Include:

- Tracking information
- Description of issue
